I haven't run through all of this quest, but gathered information that should be correct. Once it's been confirmed, this line can be removed.

Teleport to [[Mourning Drow]]. Go w [w] w n d [d] d n w 8s e. This room is [[nospell]] and the mobs are rather strong. There are three aggie detecting mobs in there. Presumably, after you kill all three of them, the ticket (Shattered Amulet Of Fire And Ice) will appear on the floor.

From this room, go w n 2d w and give the amulet to the [[Dark Ring Of Ice-Blue Fire]] in that room. This is an aggie mob that also holds the [[Sulfurous Ashes]]. He will then give you the [[Smoldering Crown Of Dying Fire]].
